Got my first solo FPP chicken dinner this morning. The ability to hold LT to ADS, like every other console shooter, has changed the feel completely. Feels much more natural. 4 kills, one of which replaced a kar98 with extended mag m24 and 8x and 4x. I landed in South Georgopol crates after a slow float and circle ended up on a hill outside Hospital. Basically cleared buildings all game and busted vests/helmets from the three story windows while moving in with circle. Ended the game abandoning a 1v1v1 fight to let those two kill each other, then cleaned up the scraps. Definitely dig that FPP forces movement vs third person peeking corners or prone in grass.

They REALLY need to fix the FPP ADS and optics and barrel sight vs hipfire crosshair. It's unusable. If you're going to hipfire into a window you should be able to hit that target. I understand when you ADS the scope is positioned slightly above the barrel. But they need to remove this mechanic for hipfire.
The other one is in both third and first person view is how the crosshair changes position when you ADS or hipfire. They may have fixed it, but i haven't seen it in the patch notes.
In other news i have a 75% win rate in EU servers as of right now. lol

Can't believe I messed up this match today. I had an AWM, suppressed Groza, and a ghillie suit. I was just crouched on a ridge taking people out headshot after headshot with the AWM, then someone snuck up behind me with an M4. Ended up 6th place.

Always gotta keep moving. There are certain scenarios in which you can camp. One being quiet, not shooting your gun. Another being that you know where everyone else is at already.

Played 4 TPP games tonight. I'm on a hefty amount of liquor too. lol
My kills are weak, but my assists are good. Being on a damn good team certainly helps.

The game has been almost unplayable lately. The last update causes huge stutter and desync right when my box has to render another player. Like when they pop out from behind a door or some **** i go to 0.5 FPS until im dead or i somehow manage to win the fight. frustrating.
Still managed 3 dinners in the last week tho.

That's the first I've heard of that. Maybe try reinstalling.
I've found the game to be unplayable due to cheaters. I used to have a good win rating but I'm being killed by a cheater 50% of the time.
Rumor has it, they are going to region lock the servers. I've lost almost all faith in these developers, they suck and they don't know when to hire or job put proper help.

The issue has been increasing significantly for me where you start a match, but it gets stuck on the loading screen. Have to log out and log back in, and I've even had it happen a few times where it failed a second time. If you're not quick enough, you start the game from the ocean.

Ive had a few friends with the stutter issue mentioned. All local. Seems hit and miss, most rounds its fine, then ill get 2-3 consecutive rounds that are nearly unplayable. Maybe its the way our local connection gets routed to a server. Not sure. But im deff not the only one. Maybe Ill reinstall today and see what happens.

PUBG on Xbone is finally running smooth, for the most part, as of the most recent patch. They removed weapons from spawn island, created multiple pre-game spawn locations, removed a lot of small details like the crazy amount of trash on the floor in every building, added bars to a ton of windows, etc. But hey, at least FPS is stable now. I've been rocking out a lot of FPP solo squad b/c dying has no real consequence, it's helping my shooting/tactics, it's ridiculously fun/rewarding to do things like camp the bridge by yourself (or camping the campers with Kar98/m24) or hit huge flips over on-going firefights on your way to a supply drop. Really, it's just good times hounding teams as a solo. The only real advantage is you're so mobile you can move around a lot more than most teams ever expect. They'll still be clearing a tree I was at a minute ago and then BOOM, HEADSHOT! Of course, the latest patch introduced a revive bug so getting the kill is even more difficult. You only have to touch someone with a revive, then can run away and they pop up 9 seconds later.

Those updates were on PC master race like weeks ago. Just without the revive bug.
Xbox sucks.
