Default 2001 lights + hood into 99/00?

I have an opportunity to get a pristine 2001 hood of the same color as my car, into my 2000. And the headlights too.

Would the headlights and hood swap into a 99/00?

All NB hoods are the same.

The 01-05 headlights will have gaps around the corners & basically
look look *** without the 01-05 bumper as well. You'll need to rewire
the headlights from single harness H4's to dual bulb 9005/9006's too.

^ All True

Hood is the same - bumper cover and headlights should be changed as a pair. At least you don't have Canadian daytime running lights to consider.

The headlights fit well but not perfectly. You really need to change the bumper skin to get perfect fitment. Here are pics of my 99 with 99 bumper skin and 01 lamps:

That's a link to my google album, which I hope is viewable without sign up. If not, I'm sure you can find pics of my car on this site.

Not that bad. There is a little bit of a gap below the lamp. Ahh, here's that thread...

^^ I retract my "basically look like ***" comment sir.
I've seen far worse fitment from M.net goons.

I may have the option to swap the bumper cover too.

Does the 01 bumper mouth provide better airflow for the i/c and radiator?
