Not a locost but yes, that general concept is why I'm asking.

rods tell me boost is a short term venture. after seeing a running 240 rwhp NB2's rods come out of the known-running motor with a slight jog, I imagine these will do the same after many miles of boost.

In stock form (140-145whp and 7000rpm), I'm sure that rod is perfectly adequate.

"Long stroke" and that short rods, does it vibrate like BP?

Long rods actually, very long. 155.2mm, 91.2mm stroke for a rod ratio of 1.70. This is done for detonation resistance. Cylinder pressure rises slower. Longer rod can be made thinner and lighter. Only real downside is packaging. It's a tall for a 2.0, like a K20A2 or F20C which have much shorter stroke but similar length rods and steep port angles.

And no, it's not thrashy like the BP

Thrashing to get it ready for MRLS. Guys elected to stay late tonight to put the diff and Xidas in. Exhaust tomorrow, finalize seat install and align Thursday then straight to MRLS.

Matt from Orange Virus Tuning found us some power. 154whp/148tq from a 100% bone stock engine with E85 and tune.

Sparco Evo 2 Had the seat covers embroidered with our logos.

Sorry if it was mentioned elsewhere in the thread but what are you using for tuning?

Full stand alone? If so which one? Or is there a method to reflash the stock ECU?

Looking good. Any explanation as to why your car outputs 10 hp less than Brians'?

It's stock other than a tune, and Brian's isn't.
