the 1.8 has the o2 bung on the downpipe while the 1.6 has it on the header so if you put a 1.6 dp on a 1.8 header you will have no o2 bung.

i think...

meh. Should I even be concerned with break-in on a motor which will need extensive NA tuning before I even start tuning 100kPa+?

94-97 mani will bolt to the 99-00 head. 94-97 EGR tube will bolt up to the 99-2000 intake manifold. 99-00 exhaust header will NOT bolt to 94-97 exhaust.

94-97 header won't bolt to a 90-93 cat. I can't remember if it's just flange angle and opening diameter, or also longitudinal position of the joint. However, the 90-93 cat should bolt to the 94-97 exhaust, and vice-versa.

I'm pretty sure I've got 94-97 "cat-forward" exhaust (header and cat, and anything in between if there is anything) if you want it.

thanks, but my future roommate has one. Its looking like I'm just going to have to whip an oyster out, install everything, then start tuning with the wastegate open.
