Mine came on for a little while, but cleared up when I took out all the airbag-related sensors I could find.

3 - 1ohm resistors in series
or
3 - 10ohm resistors in parallel
or
1 - 3 ohm resistor

i used a 3ohm 1/4 watt resistor i got from a specialty electronics store. worked great... just cut the connector off and stick the resistor between the wires.

Un plugging one of the plugs on a blue box under the steering column works as well. Left plug if i remember correctly.
