No muthafu*king boost..
After installing MS on my greddy setup I'm not getting boost over 5psi. The limit set on MS is 11psi and I've adjusted the WGA/MBC over and over again, but same result. It gets up to 5psi of boost when cold, but when all warmed up it gets down to 3-4psi only.
I unhooked the WGA hose from MBC and got only 3psi steady. ( I thought it would be at least 7PSI) I have yet to try Joe Perez's way by hooking up the lines to the cold pipes rather than the compressor itself. I am going to though, I'm currently waiting for the JB welds to dry on the barb on the cold pipe.
I have a helper spring on my wastegate, but it doesn't seem to help for ****..
I took off all the pipes to check for leaks; nothing.
I'm still a

It's not stuck open. Even took out the DP to check, it was fine.

It's a steady 5PSI, when it gets up to higher RPMs it sounds like the engine about to blow, but it's still picking up speed, but slowly. I initially thought it was the clutch, but it ran fine at 7PSI w/o MS back then. I tried some diagnostics and it seems like the clutch is fine.

Yes, the heat shield will move around a bit until you put on the turbine housing.
Does it spin freely? It looks like there's quite a bit of oil on the exhaust side. Does it have so much play that it could twist and bind on either housing?
Does it even have the heat shield on it? It's hard to tell from the pic, your art skills are covering it up.
