A '94 OEM ECU should also work.

As long as it's an earlier 95, Sometime in late 95 the ECU's changed to a Quasi 96-97. As many piggyback 95 folks have discovered...

im still getting that crazy high Igniter voltage from the ECU so i want to swap it out with a known good ECU to see if its MY ecu or my wiring.

Check if you have your RPM wire in the bigger harness and a blank in the smaller. If not.... then you have the pre-obd-ii 95.5 ecu, and you'll have to move wires around in the harness to test.

(I don't remember the pins off-hand).

well, he shoud make sure that his ECU is the problem before getting MS, if the problem is his wiring, can you imagine finding it after installing MS? I sure as hell can't. We can test my ECU in his car, his is the pre obdII, i checked, tach gets signal from coils.
If it is the ECU, he should def. get MS, if the problem is in wiring, I'd fix that before getting MS.
