Well I am finally is the turbo game after owning 3 previous na's. Found a pristine 94 with 83k on the clock with a fm2 that was installed in August of this year. Previous owner lost his job and was hard on cash. Ended up paying $4500 for the car. Turbo is a gt3071r, fm 3" exhaust and fm happy meal clutch. Previous owner is also sending me a FM cross flow radiator that he never installed. Unfortunately the car has the hydra ecu which I will most likely end up replacing. Other than the kit and clutch the car is 100% stock.
luckily I still have my 90 with a bp4w, car had some decent amount of rocker rust so I am parting with the car and keeping the goods. Parts off my orginal car include: coolant reroute, hardtop, fm frame brace, hard dog roll bar, racing beat sway bar. Selling the shell, tien coils and wheels to fund a set of xida coils. While doing a timing belt job in the spring time on my car I noticed it had a BE oil pump already installed! Plans are to do rods, pistons, ati damper and so on and keep the head stock.
I will keep updating this post as the build progresses. Any input or useful tips would be great.

Since I have most of the winter off, own a landscaping business I will be slowly working on the car getting it ready for the warmer weather. I was able to get a 6 speed trans locally for a great deal which will be installed once the 5 speed bites the dust. Have the roll bar in place ready to be bolted down. Fm frame braces are next on the list. Also installed the chrome mirrors off my old car. More updates are soon to come.

I was honestly shocked at how huge a difference the frame braces made. I have cowl braces waiting to go on too, but the frame rails made such a huge difference that i don't even really feel like i need them any more.
