Insurance companies don't always have the best communication. If they deem he car a total loss it might be gone and to some auction yard before you realize what's happened and it's too late.
yep.
or some retard is going to start randomly removing panels for no reason whatsoever, and you end up with a nice pile of parts with half of the fasteners missing.
the joys of insurance company shops lol

Adjuster came out this morning and printed me out the estimate right on the spot. $1942... Not bad! Now I just have to buy some paint so we can refinish and spray everything. I don't even think I will buy a new rear finisher panel.... The damn thing only has one tiny crack in it that's not noticeable so we will use a little filler on it and re-spray.

hahaha. Probably wont spend it all in one place! I might go for a set of fab9 cop's though.
I will probably only have to spend about $200 of it on paint. Believe it or not I really shouldn't have to replace any parts. We are going to sand/fill the bumper and repaint that. The finisher panel goes back to perfect shape when its removed, so I will leave that as-is. all of the structural stuff will be pulled/hammered back out so everything lines up. I should be in good shape here. Now I just have to keep pestering the ins. company until I get the check in the mail lol
