Default Horrible noise when I shift the car when its hot

When I have been driving for a while and the car is heated up I will shift into 2nd or 3rd and it grinds into gear. I had a 300zx that had this problem and I put in Redline oil and it pretty much solved it. Any miata advice, thanks ( i don't have money for a new gearbox). Happy New Year Ya'll

Need a lot more info to answer any sort of technical questions.
What year?
What tranny?
What mods?
How many miles?
What kind of maintenence?
Do you suspect synchros or the gearset itself?
What clutch?
Is your clutch adjusted properly?
How old is the master and clutch slave?

Used tranny's (the kind that goes in your car) can be had really cheap... like around $200.

Also, fill out your signature with a short list of basic of mods... and fill out your profile more completely... be sure to include what city you live in.

Welcome to the forum.

Default More Info

Sorry I will update more, It is a 93 Mods: Greddy turbo running 10psi, rx7 intercooler, dual exhaust, bipes, ran 190 on the dyno. The car has about 150k on it. I recently bought the car with most of the upgrades installed. The owner said he was running an Amsoil oil which I have heard is pretty good but I have had luck with Redline in my old Z Car. It has an aftermarket Gripforce F1 6 puck clutch and a Perfection brand Flywheel. Thanks guys.
