diff fluid
Really? I just replaced the fluid last weekend in my 7" Miata/RX-7 diff., and it took more than 1L...probably close to 1.25L.
And I recall when changing the fluid on the slightly longer 7" diff. in the RX-7, I wanna say it was close to 1.5L.

I strongly suggest you use the KAAZ fluid for break-in,unless the want to run the risk of ******* up your new diff.
yeah I've seen the instructions, luckily there's a big parking lot 200 meters from my home, would that be ok to drive there first to break it in?
True...or perhaps I just slightly overfilled, as my fluid pump hose tends to be a pretty tight fit in the fill hole.

this may be an odd question, but when you change fluid in a torsen, does it lose functionality for a few miles?...i am getting ready to change my fluid real soon, and i heared so from one person, can anyone support that claim, im curious?

canadian vs. US i guess. frankly I doubt the fluid they make is significantly different than any other dino-based fluid but it sure costs more. that's why I went ahead with what the dude said and used cheap **** for break in and then the kaaz for long term. seems to work ok.
what do you guys use for tranny fluid? i just changed mine, and my turret fluid with the mobil 1 syn. fluid, and i was going to do the same for my diff when i take it off this weekend to put on the new mounts. (stock open diff btw)

Even if it were true, what does it really matter? Unless you are in the habit of changing your Torsen's diff. fluid while parked on a 30 grade hill covered in loose sand.
like i said, i was curious to hear what someone else thinks...
i never changed my fluid so i dont know...actually im clueless
as far as tranny fluid, i used Syncromesh, good stuff
for the diff i plan on using redline, it was recommended to me...any negatives to these chioces from anyone?
tahnks
