quick question, yesterday i went to do a diagnosis test on the miata its a 95 so i jumped the pins with a paper clip and a led light as well even tried with a resistor and when i turn the key to on mode it just fashes real fast once and then nothing. when i turn the key off it blinks once as well. does that mean no codes or something isnt right??
