Default engine ticking

so I installed my new exhaust today (I jacked up the driver side of the car only, not both sides, so it was sitting at an angle for an hour or so?) and I climbed in and started it up to check for leaks or whatever between the flanges. I let it run for maybe a minute or two then realized it was making a ticking noise. Its not knock I know that sounds different. it sounds more like my valves clicking maybe? I lowered the car back down and drove around a little to see if it would go away but its still there. I have never heard it make this noise before. anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

you can pull them out and clean them, its really not hard at all to take them all apart, aside from that, just make sure you keep the oil clean, and the right weight in it... mine do it for about a minute every morning if im down anything from the top line on the stick..lol.....its been alot better with synthetic tho...
