You need a coolant reroute AND bigger rad. So SEARCH Coolant reroute, this will fix your problem.

what is it? whaaam, what is the depth of the godspeed? also any suggestions for an ecu? the link that i have is terrible and not user friendly

ECU: go Megasquirt and you'll have plenty of support here on the forum

alright, i hit the search tab at the top and typed in pc-pro but nothing came up..?

Paul, I see you exhaust manifold... is that for a 1.8L? because i am also having trouble keeping my turbo on the car... i have a 1.6L

megasquirt is the way to go...user friendly too

radiator, i think the actuall core is 2.25, full AL, high capacity...but a nice shrouds goes a long way if sealed right

oh yea, on the phone with fm for hours over that one. they made me rewire the entire car (a-holes) to put their link ecu in. its has a remote in the car for tuning, its rediculous

I'm guessing you mean the stock ecu connectors. If so, the MS doesn't use the stock connectors. But it should use the stock harness since the wires are already run to the proper locations. You will tap into the stock harness for your MS ins/outs.
