There is better options out there then the GT30R, HTA's an PTE Billets are better technology produce more power, and spool faster.

im tired, and not gonna post the same **** thats in my build thread "tube front drifter"

integral r3 intake 295 duration @ .490 lift
r1 exhaust 282 duration @ .455 lift (i think)

this was on a 13.5psi spring with no boost control, so im creeping to 18 max
tial mvs 38mm.

go look at the last few pages of my build i have dyno vids, charts and you can find all the motor info you want there.

im running the motor to 8000rpm as well. it was way more in, i can easily push this setup to 25psi. just need a bigger gate and a boost controller, and the power would hit way harder. my powerband is super linear because of no ebc and creep. i dont get that power surge like more big power setups. but it still rips face at 5000+

i recomend a 3071 to anyone. just have the needed mods to make it work as a package

Please fix your shitty boost control issues, or at least post a boost curve. This may or may not prove my theory that cams are the next high-RPM chokehold (after intake manifolds).

Really, just fix the boost control issue. You are WAY down on torque compared to my setup on the low end, but I don't know if that's cams or shitty boost control or what.

well cams are alot of it, i didnt play with my cam gears on the dyno. i degreed in a few more degrees of overlap then what was called for. the car wont idle below 1700. im sure i can advance the exhaust cam a little and help it build a little more cyl pressure and that will help alot. im getting low compression test numbers, like 125psi due to it bleeding compression in overlap. then there is my intake mani wich i designed for top end power. but no doubt a bigger gate and boost controler will get my boost hitting alot sooner. however im content right now. i have bigger fish to fry, like finishing the car.

sorry for the threadjack
