Can't go wrong with Abe/artech, especially if you've got a 1.6.

The GT30 turbine inlet/outlet size & location match the GT28 turbine. Sooo theoretically this would drop right into your setup.

Could you do me a huge favor Nick? Take some pics of your setup around the compressor. I need to see how close it is to the block and engine bay. Thanks xoxo.

EDIT: I have this one from Artie's car and there seems to be a lot of room for the larger GT30 compressor. but the vbands tend to end up in different spots and I try to clock them away from the block, towards the engine shelf.

I know your .86 turbine hits that motor mount bolt, but artie's 2560 has lots of room there. But this orientation won't work with the GT30, compressor would hit the block.

If you put it on an angle like Ed's manifold, looks like it'd be okay.

Damn I hope Lev's turbo not hit block with his big 2871. Although I did push his out closer to the frame rail to make sure there was room.

Its fun that you make manifolds for people on my coast and I make them for people on your coast.

Tim, can you please post a pic of the downpipe connected to the mani? I want to see how much room there is.

Thanks,

BTW; beautiful work. I just don't like the color of the steel once it's been used.

Rafa,

All I have for pics are the ones located here:
Absurdflow SS Vband Blended EWG

Like this one:

Actually this one is ok.

I don't have much on the car because they don't come out well. I do this all in my garage on my back so there's not much room to place the camera to get a good shot, from underneath anyway.

Mike, how is your motor coming along? Did you have Cardelli do it? Email/call/text/pm me if you want.
