The best part about Jim Ellis is that they suck you in with that website and then charge fairly high for their parts.

But will also accept orders at this website: Mazda Parts - Save on Genuine Mazda Parts in Atlanta with Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta | Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta

Which is the same people. Just with 15-20% less cost. With the same service.

I like using the diagrams on jimellismazdaparts.com, then ordering from atlantamazdaparts.com, and don't feel bad about it, because they're both the same people.

Its only fair that I bring a conclusion to this thread, I finally received a response yesterday. Puts my mind at rest a little. But clearly something was going on over there, with no explanation to me. Ill just paste the response to my original inquiry to them here as well as a few subsequent messages. Needless to say, I think this was probably an unusual event that I experienced. But I, like some of you, like to be aware of things like this that have happened in the past for companies such as this, for future reference.

Hi this is Erik with onlinemazdaparts, I hope you received your parts, our regular internet guy has been out and some orders were in limbo and delayed. I apologize for it taking so long to get back to we were locked out of all his info.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately I had to order the parts elsewhere. I wanted to cancel the order I placed but there is no option on the site to do that, and like i said. I tried to call to cancel also but was unable to reach anyone. I have not received any parts, nor have i been charged yet.

This is Erik I will issue a call tag to big up those parts and I will credit it back. Just leave the parts in the box and UPs will pick it up and stick return label on them. So sorry for the problems

They finally contacted me a day or two after my post here (about 10 days after I placed the order). They said their Internet order person had been out sick but they had shipped my order that day. It arrived the next day.
