Hey Hey, whats this, more LC1 problems.
So I changed out my sensor, the error 8 problems I had after driving for 5 minutes went away. It works flawlessly now.... when not in boost.
As soon as I get into boost, the Error 8 problem shows up again. If I turn it on and turn it off, it will work again and I can even go into boost. But if I abruptly go into boost, it will error 8 again.
Any ideas?

Def not running lean, the table hasnt changed since I first tuned it. 12.5 - 11.8 in boost when it works. Timing table is advanced but its no where near to the advance people are running on this forum.
Its just so strange, I have done everything possible with the grounds on this thing and I still suffer from very unique gremlins.

I used to need a heatsink there...i made one out of aluminum.... solved the issue.
just a rectangular piece of think aluminum, cut a hole for the sensor and bend the wings up.
but i also remember my controller calling it quits shortly after. i got a free replacement from innovate.

I highly doubt however the heatsink will do anything in my case, how many people on this site with LC1 and the sensor pre cat have heatsinks? None I think. Whats the likely hood of the sensor housing reaching close to 900 degrees being that far from the turbo? Me thinks unpossible.
But hey, whatever, ill try it, tried everything else, might as well try this too.
How old was the controller when they replaced it? The warranty is 6 months and they charge 45 bucks for work after the fact.
