Default How much is M45 setup worth?

I've driven my 99 m45 for a 600 mile road trip, had gotten on it only once for a split second as I wanted to get a wideband hooked up and make sure it wasn't running lean with the power card as it was configured so wanted top play it safe. Now? I have already sent deposit for a low mount efr setup from Kraken and am on the road to real kittens.

To fund some of these expensive things I need to get rid of the m45. I am unsure of mileage but it holds 7psi with the inline air to water intercooler. Curious as to what the entire setup would go for, not here of course as no one would buy it but local DFW area or m.net

-JRSC m45(hotside) will include new metal idlers and oil in box
-Air to water intercooler with pump and heat exchanger
-JRSC boost retard
-Power card
-Racing beat header and exhaust also although those would possibly sell separate

I’d say $1200 would be good asking price.

that header though is worth at least $300 alone- ask $350.

I sold my 1.6L m45 setup without the intercooler for $1000 a few years ago. Agree that the header alone is probably worth good money.

Above sounds right. I sold my NA8 kit, without that water/air cooler, for $1200 in 2019. Local on FBM. It did have a nice tensioner vs what the instructions show. It did not have any associated electronics, other than a Knockguard that was not even installed when I got the car.

Thanks for the replies, I couldn't find any recent m45 for sale so was difficult to gauge pricing. Will adjust accordingly for electronics and intercooler and put it up on Facebook and m.net

Just need to find time to remove it all as well.

You may want to go for a little more for a well sorted kit. These m45 based systems are gaining quite a following again. There are at least a couple facebook groups that have a lot of traffic these days. Mostly euros and brits.

Agree with above, you have a better kit than I did. Should try and get as much as you can for it. NLA etc etc.

Just think of it in terms of "How many hardtops or squaretops is this worth?" and price accordingly.
