Injector disassembly

Also, a lot of what I post up wasn't necessarily pointed at you, but for those that come later and read/search the threads.
Sounds like you could handle used injectors, but I'm glad you're considering cleaning them.
I'm not sure what I'm doing for flow testing yet, I'm working off the assumption that identical profiles and volumes will flow similarly. (for head)
The intake manifold I'll probably do a simple velocity test on here at work. It's a Honda Skunk2 plenum and runners mated to 3" of our stock IM. This plenum is a little rounder as opposed to a long cylinder, helping distribution. This is important to me for WI as well as airflow.
Since the stock runners are straight and equally sized close to the head, if the velocities at the flange are the same, flow is well matched. I've done Fluid Dynamics (A bitches) so can work out the flow calculations to know how it models compared to planned pressure and mass flow rates.
I'm a sucker for deals, but people are shady. A business has their name at stake, and the guys recommended above have served our community well.
I love working on my car, when it's a planned project. I've been fixing a lot of ****-ups and failed parts recently which gets old when you have a list of forward progress projects you want to work on.

Yup I'm a firm believer in secondary computers, I've programmed everything from a haltech I to the DFI. Been pretty much away from it since then.
They have their place and they are great. But the goal is as much as I can get out of a stock computer. I think 326cc's will be close to max stable on a 95 computer without too much tinkering. ( I calculated about a 335cc but they don't make those of course) I was considering the 360's 370's but I'll take the advise that they are too much for the stock computer...
Here was my thought,
360cc's running at 36 lbs rail would be pretty close to a 327cc injector, aboout 23% over sized... might work but probably idle like dog **** under vaccuum.
If I wanted to make insane power I'd start with an LS1. Hey if we ar not considering price may as well simply start there, add turbo, DFI, good life insurance policy, etc...
