Default Injectors.. help..

I recently added a turbo kit to my car along with the e-manage ultimate..

I am running @ 8psi.. and my stock injectors just cant handle it.. (caps out before hitting max boost)

anyways. I am running to the junkyard tommarow with a friend and im wondering if anyone knows of another car I could rob injectors off of that would be suffecient for my needs (preferably without needing a resistor pack)..

Help would be much appreciated! thanks

Whatever you do, don't SEARCH. Searching is way overrated. Also, don't go to the NEWB forum and introduce yourself... that's considered poor form! And no matter what, don't go through the various forums and read the STICKY's!!! That wouldn't tell you anything useful.
Other than that, you're doing fine.

Hell, this isn't even a search question, this is a FAQ question...

But since CrazyManSlim is apparently either too lazy or too stupid to find the very first thread at the top of the DIY Turbo Kits folder which is entitled DIY FaQ - All your answers in one big post I will give you the following instructions:

CLICK ON THE LINK LISTED BELOW. READ THE RESULTANT INFORMATION. THE ANSWER YOU SEEK IS IN THIS FAQ:

https://www.miataturbo.net/forum/showthread.php?t=4288

To answer your question directly: the injectors in that list are Plug-n-Play. The 89-92 RX-7 injectors and a number of different Supra injectors are in that list.

Oh, and welcome to the forum.

Degrading is when you ******* pwn yourself by not doing what I "sarcastically" suggested you don't do.

ok im confused, so my general lack of the internal workings of a miata means that in a whole... im retarded? I beleive I stated off the bat that I didnt know what I was talking about and that I was new to all of this.. why is that supposed to mean that "Oh hey, a N00b! we should all flame him to get our rocks off!" I mean seriously, I came here asking for help.. if you dont want to help then dont.. but why resort to flaming just for the heck of it.. Apparently this is in no way shape or form supposed to be a place for newcomers to feel welcome. Ok, true.. maybe I didnt post a hello or whatever in a newbie forum.. heck, I'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE!.. Like I said, this is why I never stick around forums long, cuz everywhere you go.. if you dont know as much as everyone else.. your a dumbass... but whatever.. Im sorry a simple question couldnt be answered with a simple answer..

oh and thanks to joe perez for pointing me in the right direction, even though I dont quite like how it was done. Searching for things always leads to 5+ pages of results.. and I guess you could say im lazy.. but I think of it as, im just impatient.. it just seems to me to be alot more efficient to get a direct answer from someone then to spend an hour seaching forums for what you seek.

Ya think. Nobody expects anybody to know everything. But for Christsakes at least do a little work of your own. The info is basically right there.

The point for you to take away from this experience SuperdoucheSlim, is that most forums have a very dedicated group of guys who have spent countless hours making the forum a place that actually does spoonfeed NOOBS the instant they show up. They're called stickies. Maybe if you learned a little forum ettiquete and some manners, you'd stick around long enough to appreciate them.

Case in point... my sarcastic post.
1: We don't know what year car you have... maybe you're the first guy to run EMU on a 2006, then nothing we know would apply to you. If you'd gone to the NOOB forum, you'd learn it's customary to fill in your signature with some specs on your car, avoiding this issue.

2: The sticky's are there for a reason... to SPOON FEED YOU!!! The FAQ in the DIY forum has a complete list of all PNP injectors. It's all there for you.

3. The reason you have to sift through 5 pages of search is because you're not doing it right. Click on advanced search and perform a "title search" of keywords you're looking for... and limit your searches to appropriate forums (which the advanced function will let you do).

Instead of complaining, why don't you simply say "thank you".

Slim's next post: Thank you SamNavy, you've been a lot of help. I thought forums were dumb before this, but now I realize I was just being a rude ******* by not taking advantage of the information that was there for me all along. In the future, when I join a new forum, the first thing I'll do is go to the NOOB forum and make a thread intoducing myself... that'll give me some credibility. I'll also be sure to read all the stickies in all the forums. And I'll be sure to play with the advanced search functions before I ask any questions. And I can't tell you how glad I am that you introduced me to this brand new website called Google... it's really neat. I appreciate your sense of humor in this manner... guess I was a little dense after all.

Sams reply: No problem man, good luck on your build. Lots of guys around here run EMU... maybe it'd be a good idea to take some time simply reading up on the threads in there to avoid oft-repeated mistakes when using that ECU. Don't forget to ad your location to your profile... maybe somebody local has a set of injectors you could buy or knows a good source.

Its not that we hate you, its more of a hazing ritual...but the DIY section does have an FAQ in it...stickied...at the TOP of the page.

And again, a wonderful post by good ole Samnavy.
