yeah actually, ben is right. This was from corky's book, from when he used to run vertical runners, so by adding length he meant adding more runners.
really, a 18" x 12" x 3" core is plenty for your 22psi (odd number to pull out of hat) target.

My I/C system was installed many years ago, I used a Starion I/C at that time. While the Starion is a perfectly good I/C and performs well with the Greddy, it was just time to re-think my setup and make some improvments.
I am in the process or redoing my system and purchased the 28"x7"x2-1/2" I/C that is linked in an earlier post in this thread. If you go to the e-bay link or the CX e-bay store you can get information regarding flow numbers and RWHP numbers on either the linked I/C or they also sell the 18"x12"x3" that is also being discussed. BOTH are basically the same numbers, just different sizes, it will all depend on how you prefer your install.
