manifold/ 3"exhaust
#42
right dead smack into your firewall is the best place, especially if you cut a hole in it so the flames can reach into the cabin and burn your face offfff
thats it, smaller diameter gets welded to the weld flange and the other end is just that, the end...this obviously does not work on our cars
what you need is to take your manifold and turbo to a machine shop and have them drill out the holes to fit grade 10 bolts and use locking washers and this should solve your problems
as far as exhaust, if you alread have a 3" then your good, but we dont know what you have cause you failed numerous times to ever mention what you have...
so i say, big clear pics of car and set up and your ID to prove your over 12 or BAN

sorry about that, i must have mentioned it in a different thread. i have a 2.5" exhaust, no cat just a muffler. This thread is named manifold/ 3" exhaust because it stats that im looking for a 3" exhaust... no help there...
no one seems to be listening, I OWN A MACHINE SHOP I STOPPED THE TURBO BOLTS FROM BREAKING, THATS NOT THE ISSUE. the issue is they back out, i have tried lock washers, i have BRAISED at 2000 degrees i have tried everything except the absoute permenant solution of welding... i dont want to do that. my car is in storage right now, my father and i will be performing a coolant reroute next weekend and i will take some pics of the engine bay... anything in particular i should take pictures of for you besides the obvious turbo, manifold, and such?
Not sure if its mounted to the car, when i have the bolts out, it doesnt take any effort other then the weight of the turbo to put it on.
