max HP on stock engine?

Low CR high boost got lower cylinder pressures. So get a big turbo.
I'm planning to go 20 psi.

i was thinking around 240 to be safe without any major modifications to the internals

240 is safe, 241 will splatter your internals all over the street. this is a fact.

in fact, 240.99999999999999999999 is still safe.
