The msm is in pretty good shape overall. It's 10 years old and has been driven. It does have some cosmetic flaws but they are almost all 5-footers. The paint really pops in the sunlight.

I'm not saying buy it, but overall I thought it was a solid car.

The canvas top would worry me in the NW, in L.A. not so much.

 

It is a good find, just saying I wouldn't spend more than $5000 on it if the cosmetics are not too bad, and visible rust on the rear fenders puts it more in the $4000 to $4500 range for me. If the guy can be talked down to that price range then it is an excellent find!
