90 chassis, ms3, walbro 450, id1000, toyota cops.

This popped up a year ago, and I havent really tried to fix it till now. The car at the time had a dw300 fuel pump with a fm dual feed rail. That was converted to singal feed and walbro 450. I have been running a ms3 pnp pro and the car has been tuned multiple times but this problem hasnt gone away. The entire engine was rebuilt (a different problem) over the winter. The cts was swapped out (for the ecu temp not the dash temp).

I can pop start the car every time, it just refuses to hot start. Cold start is crazy mint...any ideas? I was thinking main relay or cas?


Also last year the car was na with the 99 im and tb, this year it's boosted with skunk2 im and tb.

 

Won't hot start as in it cranks but won't fire, or won't crank while hot?

 

Yes, it cranks just never fires. Butnit will pop start.

 

What does 'pop start' mean? I assumed that meant push starting it cause it wouldn't crank...

Yeah, key in ignition in the run position, push the car and throw it into first and drop the clutch. Starts right up.

I will try to post the tune later today...gotta get it from my tuner.
