It ended up still overheating driving on the highway at 6500rpm for 20 min.

but I dont have an oil cooler either, and my ducting wasnt all put in (because I put in a new IC)

The oil cooler and the ducting would help with the overheat of course, but not with the slow warmup. Seems like something is not right if you are overheating on the highway, even with no ducting. That is a relatively low load (at normal speeds), high airflow operating mode.

Anyone know what I could use to plug the Mixing manifold hold to the heater core... presumming that is an 5/8 hole?????? I will need to be heat resistent to the exhaust manifold.
