Does anyone here run the alignment suggestions in this book? Was thinking about it and wondered if anyone else was using it with success.

Even the "Sport" settings seem conservative to me.
On my daily driver with 15" RE-01R tires, I'm running:
Front:
Camber = -1.5°
Caster = 5.2°L, 5.9°R (best we could do)
Toe = 0
Rear:
Camber = -2.0°
Toe = .15° in per side.

Most people that start fudging around with spring rates, sway bars and ride height start to have more of an equal camber F&R, and then tend to start having more in the front.
fwiw, i have -1.7F and -2.3R
