What do you mean? How is that an idiot statement? (honest question here, not trying to be a dick)

Couple of reasons. First off, he assumes the car does not have "some sort of idle", which is pretty arrogant (and ignorant, I've seen a 2.0L idle on 1600cc injectors). Secondly, when someone posts a build like that it's usually better assume they know what they're doing than to tell them what to change. With that in mind, his advice on a dual injector setup would be like if I gave Barry Bonds advice on his swing.

I'd be happy with 500+ whp numbers. It was built to make 550 whp, but I like to be conservative with my numbers.

I think the only thing that is going to hold me back is my clutch. Which is only rated to the high 300's in torque. Time will tell where it will start to slip in a real world application.

Very nice looking build. It's nice to see the ones where time/effort was put in... and most importantly... thought.

why? I assume you're dragracing the car? It will never hook-up on a road course.

I'm going down to run MSR Houston possibly soon.

Everything looks good btw.

I'm interested to see how well it hooks up. It hooked real strong at 300 whp, but this addition is adding another 200whp so....

Yes, I am going to be drag racing the car. Whenever the car is complete and tuned, I will let everyone know when I am going to the track so they can see it if they want to.

We'll have to video record it, because I'll get banned pretty quick...as I don't have a cage or roll bar.

I dont know but something about 500whp and 2100 lbs would make me **** my pants on a road racing course
