Default New gauge setup.

Autometer Sport-CompII Oil Temp in the pod on the dash, Sport-CompI Boost and EGT where the radio used to be. Radio is an amp behind the passenger seat with an iPod in the cupholder. I'm considering moving the 3 gauges up to an A-pillar pod, but for now this will work.

Now I just need a turbo to make the boost gauge go back and forth.

I'm using Sport Comps as well. Subtle without being boring.

What did you use for that gauge holder thing?

Just a standard Autometer single-gauge cup. Drilled into the gauge housing and screwed it in. The car is being built as a street-legal track ***** so the one thing that I wanted in plain sight, no matter how ricey it looked, was the oil temp.

I am considering moving either the wideband or the boost gauge up to the A-pillar as well. I've also gotta find a place to mount the LED for the KnockSenseMS.

I had my gauges in different places but found the A pillar to be the best for visibility. Having them that low makes it hard to glance at when having to concentrate on the road.

I have the phantom gauges from Autometer, I like the black faces because it matches the car.

I did it half-way on purpose, because every time I get called on it, it makes me want to get off my lazy *** and get my manifold and DP ordered so I can start my project.

you're going to have to have a passenger with you at all times to keep an eye on all those gauges.

So do I. My iPod is constantly plugged in. It sits in the little cubby behind the shifter/in front of the console.

I just saw the gauge setup on Cheesefries' blue turbo car he's selling, with 3 right across the top where the hazard and headlight switch usually is. I'm going to copy it as soon as I get my hands on a spare '94+ stereo surround to hack up.
