"TTT"?
Your idea seems fairly sound. The cursed water plug is going to flow less coolant than stock while the thermostat is closed, but it's still an optimum location to be taking the bypass from. I don't see any major problems.

Thanks Joe! Thats the simplest Reroute there is!
PS: Looks like the Cursed plug can be drilled out a bit for better flow, not that I would need it but with a little more flow its the perfect reroute design.

So got my head back from machine shop today and looked at it. I will not have a heater core so how about moving the thermostat to back (like spacerless reroute) and than hoking up the "cursed" water plug to the return line of the heater core that goes back to front of motor. There fore I would have flow and nothing to drill or tap. Seems too easy? What am I missing?
I'll tell me what I'm missing... the ECU temp sensor. Where can I put that.
I'm going to get some black pipe and thread it inline, should be good.
What thread is this plug? I can't find it anywhaere. The green 2 wire sensor.
Thanks!

Second, there's no way that 12mm is the correct size. Unless it's a 12mm BPT (maybe?) that when you tap it and screw something in, the ID is 12mm, similar to how pipe taps are rated in the US system.

The green plug sensor on the 1.6 is prob not tapered, it had a "crush washer" in it to seal. If it was some sort of pipe thread it would not need that. Heading to hardware store....

Ok, Do I really need the coolant going to the EGR and the TB? I'm thinking, out the intake to the oil cooler than to the water pump...ok?
