I dont own a Miata. I do however have a Mazda motor, in my car, that the lugs will fit.

 

Dude....would you sue your friend that took $5 out of your wallet? Didn't think so...you would probably sue them over $500. Go about things in a logical manner, a $5 "sale" is not worth ruining your rep or the other well established member's over...is it?

I wouldnt sue thats for sure! In My house, being caught stealing would get their head busted! Stealing from me, your not my friend. Again honesty and being an upstanding person goes a LONG way. I can give my keys to my friends and rest assured that all will be ok.

 

Once again, you didn't pay for the item. You're getting it free. Its 5 bux. Him lagging on shipping it is not the same as if you would have paid good money on a clear transaction then never received it. Its not a transaction.
