Default post what makes your miata unique

just what the title says. Im not talking about turbo kits either, I bet most of us have some kind of mod or part that you dont see on many miatae or maybe youre the only one who has it. well lets see em! I think my headlights are pretty nifty, its piaa 1100x driving lights mounted in the low pro housing.

Kinda hackjobbed it together.

Disassembled some of the takeoff 3rd brakelight parts, and looked at the traces/leds/resistors.....and bought a grid from radioshack (like the guys building circuit boards on this site) mapped out the position of the LED's and soldered/wired it all together.

I'll probably have to redo it to make it tidier, but it works ok now. It is a prototype.

Very clever. You should think seriously about selling them special order. Is there enough room for "Back Off" ??

Took off the third brake light assembly today, put some tape in there on the lens and cut out "I WIN!" with an exacto knife, can anyone say cop magnet?

The led's I used were of a high(er) wattage type w/ 4 leads instead of the 2 lead type. The 2 lead type would not be as bright, but there would be room for different letters. W/ the 4 lead type, there is not much room for many other letters/words. Also, the facets in the lens are the same spacing on the circuit board w/ the led's I used.

I dont think anyone else has a spoiler like this on a miata, or those wheels (probably because they suck, they look cool though)

If you lowered it a little I think it would look a ton better.
