BSR doesn't seem to carry it anymore. Hustler showed me a link to hrpworld.com, but they want $3.40 per foot and a 50 foot minimum order...
I'd like to get this done next weekend but need material first. Halp!

Nothing? No one?
In that case, I'll need to look locally. Optimal would be to find a plastics supplier here in San Angelo - not likely. But if I did, what is it I'd need to ask for? ABS? Are there any types of plastic to avoid? What about sheetmetal from Home Depot (flashing)?

Actually, now that I think of it... You could always buy a sheet of lexan (if for cooling) and cut it out. They sell it pretty much anywhere...
Lowe's (4' X 3' sheet): http://www.lowes.com/pd_239982-1638-...4_?identifier=

If this is for ducting, find a local sign making company and get some corrugated plastic aka coroplast. A 4'x8' sheet is cheap, about $25 IIRC. It comes in colors but if you need it fast you will have to take what they have in stock. It is polyethylene so it can be tough to get adhesives/tape to stick. But if you flame treat it they will stick fine. Google poly flame treat and you will see what I mean. I have done it and it works.
