replaced power TR unit now car wont start

I unplugged and took apart the megasquirt to solder in a transistor, am I supposed to reload the map?

No, but the fact that you have 1.5ms cranking pulsewidth tells me that something is wrong with your map. Post your .msq.

Well the cranking pulsewidths are definitely a lot less than the basemap that DIYAutoTune provides. Reload that basemap and try again.
