Is the Felpro a multi-layer metal gasket like the OEM?

 

Yes. If I recall correctly the Felpro is a 3 layer while the OEM is a 4 layer, on the NA anyway. My memory might be lying to me though. I think my final gasket ended up being a Felpro. Surely cheaper than OEM.

i dont know for sure, but i would assume there is oil passages on teh vvt motor?

similar to honda vtec and non vtec hg.
