So I just the question is, "How did that Sea Foam work out for you?"

I think the crank was already on the way out and the Seafoam had nothing to do with this.

+1. In an early post he said it sucked up .5 oz total. Not enough to hydraulic lock the motor. It is coincidence IMO.

Sea Foam didn't do the crank but the crank didn't likely explain the noises he has either. I've seen a bunch of bad crank noses and never heard one like that.

A wobbling pulley really doesn't explain that sound, unless it was wobbling so much it or a belt was bashing into something.

Are you using a crank sensor? If the wobbling pulley hit that...

I second the coincidence on this. I've been using Seafoam for years and never had one single problem with it. I'm willing to be the stress of pouring all that fluid in the crankcase at once just sent it over the edge...

now if i bent a rod shouldnt the piston be at a diffrent height then its opposing cyl??

like cyl1 and cyl4 should be the same height and cyl 2 and cyl 3 should be the same as well

nvm. losing a drain plug on the highway and refilling and driving cuz 'it seemed just fine' and then believing that everything is ok because you looked inside the valve cover and 'it all looked brand new' somehow makes this new version of the story meaninless....

nice bust zoomin....

The pistons 'look' like they are all the same distance (in sets) from the top but hard to say for sure without a micrometer. Otherwise, lots of carbon buildup, and the cylinder walls look pretty glazed, no honing marks visible.

Lmfao. Why post an entirely different story on another forum? Should told us the same story so you could have gotten a more straight forward answer.

The motor is fucked man.. and not from bent rods. Its from dead bearings because the lack of oil.. Get a junkyard motor and move on with life.

the motor pics in this thread are from the motor with the broken off crank pully..the orriginal motor that was in my 92...

i swaped motors and put my 91 in it, then i lost my drain plug in that motor..2 diffrent motors and ive torn down that motor as well and took pics

braineack said he wanted pics of bent rods and melted pistons.. i havnt had the time to pull the oil pan yet t oget rod pics but they will be coming soon(hopefully)

So you're saying you're not a liar, just an imbecile who has managed to destroy two motors in as many months through his/her own stupidity, and who was unable to identify the same sound from one month to the next, even after being told what it was. I get it. Please refrain from breeding.
