This may sound like a really dumb question, but how high are the side windows supposed to go up? I don't have any window regulators because racecar, instead I have window clips. It just seems like if I go up any higher the glass would hit the hardtop when closing, but it is leaking water as they are now. If someone has a couple of pictures of their windows up with a hardtop on it would be much appreciated...

replace the seal on the hardtop. and make sure the top is tight against the windshield header.

 

If I remember correctly the kind of push up to, and press on the outside of that seal.
