Does anybody know how make the headlights halfway open with out having to buy the pivot controller or by wiring it a certain way?

 

you can pull the power to them while they are in the up/down cycle, cheapest and easiest way.

 

Ya, there is a little power harness that attaches to them on the bottom. Just pull that harness and use the little **** to adjust where you want the light. But I will tell you this, without a low pro light kit, dont drive with them at night time. You cant see ****.The headlights will only shine like 3-4 feet in front of the car.

sweet, i gotta try this sometime. I would only want this for the track so even if it takes a minute or two to do, I could not care less.

 

hey amigo, i recently did this mod. same way as djsqiggles did it over on cr.net.

just made a switch with a little green fuse to cut the power to the headlight thingy. was pretty easy, better then a 80 dollar pivot controller...
