So Summer's here! (heating problems)
If you're running a stock sized replacement radiator, you can stuff your oil cooler under it and just build the bottom of the mouth shroud around it. Essentially your oil cooler would sit where the bottom of my rad is poking out in that image. That would be superior (and simpler) compared to my (temporary) location.

has anyone ever put the oil cooler next to the hood latch, above the rad? Right now I'm thinking about a carbontrix kidney vent in the side of the bumper for my oil cooler.

btw, this is really starting to grow on me. I think it looks better than any vented hood I've seen. I just don't know how it would look on my car and if I should paint it or not. Can you get black/anodized rivets?

I want to see it on a car before I commit to it though.

ever heared of spray paint?
Goku-I have the same bumper as you, did you cut a lot of it off to make room for IC? Looks like it from the pics, that was a bad idea. That bumper extends all the way to the radiator and sits flush against where the core and tank meet, perfect for directing all incoming air through the rad.
If you go to the groupbuys section, there is a thread there about ABS plastic and where to get it for a good price, i suggest you go there and get you some pretty thin stuff, maybe like 1/16th will be perfect for sealing all your gaps as it is easy to work with and much cheaper then the thicker stuff.
Seal your bumper to the edges of the rad and try to force your IC further back if you can. Also, make sure your IC is not tilted up or down like it is now, that is not good, it forces air to "bounce" of instead of finding its way through it.
Here is how you can make IC mounts, very easy and fast and requires very little skill.
