honestly, unless you buy it used, I really don't know if its worth it...I bought my Konis, FM springs, and FCM mounts...for like...600?

By the way, we have shocks

Good setup for under $400 doesn't exist, unless you get a really good deal used.

Buy a set of Koni sports and use them with the stock springs for now. When $$$ become avalible get either FM springs or a GC setup. Or save up the bucks and buy a Tein solution if that's what you desire.

If you are looking for KYB AGXs, GR2s, or even Tokico Illuminas (maybe spring/shock combo ILK242) let me know.

I thought the NB springs made the NA ride higher? Don't quote me.

FWIK...To use NB springs you need the NB upper mounts and shocks with them > the suggestion for the MSM pkg...
A full NB sport pkg(like from an 01) would work as well (it is also Bilsteins)

i have illuminas with FM springs and love every minute of that driving combination. even on 2 it can be a bit rough on deep potholes but bracing helps a lot too

For $400 there is no decent setup. Mabye some used Konis and an alignment. You really need to start in the 600 range.

I love my agx/GC on ebay I spent:
279 for shocks and 225 for GC's... then I added chikara upper mounts for 179 or somthing and its pretty damn legit. I love it.

then I added some 450# springs for the front and moved my 375s to the rear. even better.

You didn't have any trouble with the spring length being different from front to rear?

I'd get bilstein shocks now, then when you can drop $400 score some ground controls.
