The black/blue wire is the a/c trigger and the thermoswitch is whatever wire comes out of it. This will give each fan its own relay and allow either the AC 12v trigger or thermoswitch to turn both fans on.

FWIW I have MS 2 running my fans and I have A/C. The fans don't come on when i turn on the A/C, but it works fine.
