I have had the pleasure of driving and ISF, 05 cobra Mustang Supercharged, built EVO, and a por hilclimb subaru 2.5rs turbo. When I got back into my car after driving thos cars I still prefered mine which is a Spec Miata.
The only car that I had driven that I thought twice about was a Daily driven miata with 230hp to the wheels. Even after driving that I still prefered mine. The other miata was not setup properly to my liking. Hence one of the reasons I am selling my SM and going to build a DD/TT car.The other reason is I can't afford the car truck and trailer rental. Every time I get to instruct.
Thease cars will last. Hell the 1.6 is a turbo motor. As a mater a fact they all have turbo compressions. Hence the reason they respond so well to boost.
Have a great day,
Jared

Cheap trailers FTW. My $200 4'x8' Harbor Freight trailer has logged thousands of miles towing race bikes to the track. Hustler has seen it (at MSR). Too bad I cannot haul a Miata with it.

Well, the LS1 is going to be the 'track car', so it would have to be the other way around. The LS1 car could tow the **** out of the turbo though
I have a paid-for V8 Tundra that serves as my tow vehicle. Right now it serves as my DD. It has a bed cover so I can throw all the tools, tires, and what-nots in there and lock it up. I would love to have an enclosed car hauler but they are not cheap.
