Turbo Whine Normal

We were playing around with a new GoPro and had the mic in the engine bay.
Is the whine of the Turbo normal?
I didn't notice this before.
Kraken top mount kit. Garret 2560.

Doesn't sound normal to me, did you check for boost leaks? Also inspect the turbine wheel for excess oil and/or play.
