Fan turning in the correct direction? Mess of stuff been pulled in by the fan and deposited in the A/C section slowing the flow? I have found them full of leaves.

that's what my nerve ending are telling me.

 

ill drop the blower out and feel around, but the vents seem to dump air at an alarming rate.

the warm a/c i can understand if my charge is weak. it wasn't always the greastest last summer, but the cold heater shouldn't happen.
