Is this just a cut stock bumper or is it an aftermarket? I'm considering cutting my stocker like this to accommodate my dual exhaust, if that's just a cut stocker. I don't much like the enclosed look of just a hole cut out, I really like that. Help is appreciated .

The bumper in the OP is missing a very large section, but it looks too nice to just be cut, and I'd like a bumper like that.

In other news, I came out of the room where my bumper is and found this:
