Default Where did this wire go?

It’s on a 95 engine bay fuse box. Where does the black wire with terminal end do? You can see it loops to bolted black wire that comes from the starter. I vaguely recall it going back to the fuse box somewhere, or did it go to back into wiring harness? Much obliged.

Back into the box. Remove the fuses till you see one with only one leg. Theres a plastic retention "slide" that you appear to be missing.

Thank you for the help. Pretty sure the slide you are referring to is the one with the white wire plugged just to the right of the bolted black wire.

After fiddling with it for way to long, I am pretty convinced it’s not where it goes. That or there is something missing that would allow it to be pinned properly.
