Default wierd chugging issues

I have a 97 Miata with a turbo and megasquirt, I'm sure the MS has nothing to do with it cause I have swaped back to the stock computer and it still has issues, and i have bypassed the turbo to make the car run N/A and it still does the same

When I first start up it sounds like the car is chugging along, it will stay untill it warms up to about 170 + degrees. sometimes it will stay but if i rev and hold it, it will go away, so im thinking that the vibration of the engine will knock something into place

I'm also showing about 45-55 kPh while idleing and it is chugging, usually it is around 23-24 kPh

Would a headgasket cause these issues? I have checked the cam sensor and it is not moving at all so I dont think its a timing issue. im going to pull the valvecover and check under there, but i cannot think of anything else that could be loose that can cause this

I have quadrupaled checked all the vac lines and have even put air pressure through it with some smoke, so no leaks anywhere

Chugging? Not sure what you mean by that, but it almost sounds like your plug wires took a ****. Maybe a coil pack on it's way out.
Are you sure it is mechanical?
Have you puled the sparkplugs? What do they look like.
Are you down on coolant and what does the oil look like, because I doubt this is a headgasket issues.

And please use the shift key, you're making my head hurt...well, you and the fact that it's Monday morning.

Are your injectors clean? While tuning my MS the car had a low speed chug because it was a little too lean at idle and low rpm.

By chug I mean it felt like I was letting off the gas every couple seconds making the car go-slow-go-slow-go-slow sort of thing.

I'll have to upload a video on to youtube, it's far to hard to explain the sound.

Sorry about the caps, work computer does not spell check like my home one, i'll just have to slow down a little.
