I am working hard on it for you and the rest of the gang. Are you not wanting to get your oil from the port on the exhaust side of the block? I am trying to get the best possible configuration for price, functionality, and appearance. I have sourced all of the fittings except the restrictor which is beginning to be a real pain in this. As for the shipping, I don't know how much I can do as the distance will cost some money. If you can find another shipper that you would prefer over ups, fedex please let me know. Thanks for all your patience everyone.

I have an oil filter sandwich with a free 1/8 " NPT port...anyway if you go with the 1/8 bsp to 1/8 ntp adapter from the oil pressure sender port, it's pratically the same

USPS will be ok.
Thanks!

I think the oil pressure port will work a lil better, that's what I have been going off of for the other kits. Looks like it is going to be the first of Jan. before I can get the required fittings for the kits. The supplier is taking the next week off for Christmas, and can't order anything til they get back. Again sry for the delays.
Merry Christmas

I am going to go by the store today and get as many fittings as I can. I think they just got back open today (hopefully). I am going to get jhoexp's order first.

I have 95% of the fittings for jhoexp's car. I'm still working on the some of the metric stuff for adbradley. As soon as I get jhoexp's stuff I will get started on the next person. I just can't put a ton of money into stock as I don't have the money and time at this point. Just trying to help expand the community and such.

Than I tried TunerToys: they only ship a 37" feed line (I really don't know if it's long enought for my t25 sourced from sandwich) and don't know how long is the drain... and use FedEX or UPS only!( = 100$ for the shipping!!! )
I dont want to spend 250$ for a feed and a drain line!!

I tried stealthperformance...took a week to send a mail saying that they can built it for me. (I already told tham ALL the thing they need to know, so I am ready to pay, please do it fast....) ...and then: nothing!! no reply.

So, please, is there someone that wants my money to build this kit?!!
I can't source it here in italy! They don't know even what a 4an line is, and none seems to know that there are other thread than metrics!!!

Bandit, you are my last hope...

4AN = 6.350mm, some setups only use 3AN (4.763mm). So any brake line from 5-6mm will work.
For the return line you could use 15-19mm hydraulic line (Find a shop that works on tractors--they'll probably give you the 2 feet you need for free), w/ a small piece of piece to pipe keep the heat from the turbo.

I used to order from tuner toys but was also frustrated Craigs new shipping costs, went with JGStools instead...

Jefe, the problems are not the single line (even if the stainless braided lines largely available here are only brake type: <4mm ID and teflon inner tube... are they ok for a 120 °C oil flow all the time?) but all the fittings, and even the drill and tap bit.
Anything non metric is pratically unknow here...

Anyway, Michael the bandit is working for me now, and I am sure my oil feed/drain/water kit will be completed soon!

You will likely need the same thing that Jhoexp is going to get. The water ports should be 14x1.5 and the oil feed is a 7/16 Inverted flare, and you will need a flange for the return line. Just let me know if you would also like a kit. I am doing my best to get these done and get ready for school, and put my motor back in. I appreciate everyone's patience.

Sure thing, I am working on a spreadsheet for all the parts and prices. I will get your quote very soon. What do you all think a good price for the oil and water lines would be? Right now for all stainless steel oil lines I think $150 is pretty fair. If one desires to go for the rubber braided hose, it will be a bit less. Comments? I'm a few days from being done with Jhoexp's order and will start getting everyone else's as soon as I can.

150, thats going to be the price for the oil feed and drain line, and the fittings for the block, oil pan,and lines, thats a blow to my Diy prodject lol, from what I understand hydrolic shops charge 7-$20 per foot of ss braided line...fittings can range from 15-20 bucks as well, bah anyways just fly a quote my way and I will find a way to work it.

I know this is retarded...but I thought the standard Garrett/Nissan t25 was just oil cooled? Or am I way off base...? Either way, how long to you plan on producing these? a one time deal or you going to continue to do this stuff?
