I had to meet with my drug councilor today.

 

I would love to but the work season is coming up so I must decline. The job comes first. Play time must wait. Priorities.

 

I'll be working all day, till 8 or 9, but I'll probably be down here till midnight or later. I'll bake the inside of the miata later today and celebrate. I have a guy meeting me here around 5 and I'd rather wait until after that. lol

I was always fine with **** tests. I would just drink a drug drink before and stop a couple times on the way and ****. Fortunately working in construction or for yourself, its not really an issue. If you do pop on a test, you tell them you have glaucoma. Works 99% of the time.

I've hear too many horror stories about it not working. I'd rather not take a chance, especially in this job market. It's not like I can just go out and find another job within a week like I used to be able to. I'm not going to risk my livelihood for a little buzz, I'll just have a beer or two instead.

In my opinion, it should be legal but that's a story for another thread anyway.

Very true. If its anything important that could be jeopardized I'd feel the same way. All the jobs I ever had it was never an issue, but I know that's not always the case for everyone.

Dude, that test is a joke. I would like to TRY and fail that sometime. I think you'd have to take a bong rip within 5 minutes of putting the thing in your mouth in order to fail.

If you destroy 500 bucks worth of merchandise they send you straight to the clinic for a **** test though. My buddy dropped a board of TVs out of the A steel the other week. He was fine though

 

I never got crazy with drugs. I fucked around with pills and acid a handful of times, but that's it. I had too many friends that went down bad paths due to drugs, so it was enough to keep me in check.

To keep from turning this thread into something other than it was intended for I'll keep my arguments to myself. The guy just showed up and picked up the wheels and now I can go out in the garage and roll myself a fat joint.
